I have to believe that the entire Tate family and everyone that knew Mary have their hearts broken. Mary had a perpetual smile and kindness that will never be forgotten. She always made you feel that you were a part of her immediate family when you were around her. Everyone in the Tate family were lucky to have her and will forever miss her.

Mary was the most thoughtful and friendliest neighbor who lived on our block--at a time when we often don't know the
names of the the people who live next door to us! I shall miss her so much! Lanny, I am so sorry.
