Janice Armstrong, 70, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016 in Topeka, KS. A public visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Peaceful Rest Funeral Chapel: 401 SW Harrison St. (Topeka) from 3 - 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11am at Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ: 2420 SE BellView Ave. (Topeka).
