I used to perform with Gene years ago when we were both with the Desperado Gang Wild West Show. A really fun guy. He'll be missed.

Gene was a gentle man and an excellent teacher. Gene also taught in Baldwin. His classroom radio news and weather station were great learning tools. So glad I had the opportunity to meet him.
